What is the refund policy for my OPLZA ticket?

OPLZA tickets are non-refundable; however, they are transferable. This means that you can transfer your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend. You may also transfer your ticket purchase to next year.


Do you offer ticket discounts for large groups?

If you’d like to bring a large team to OPLZA, please get in touch with us at to discuss group pricing.


Will there be a live stream or video recordings available from OPLZA?

Each year, OPLZA video recordings are added to the Ontraport Education Site after the event. You can purchase the OPLZA Access Pass for only $9.99/month to gain access to past OPLZA talks. If you attend OPLZA 2019, you’ll gain access to all talk recordings from 2019 as soon as they are available. There will not be a live stream of OPLZA. 


Can I get a discount on my hotel room for OPLZA?

I’m an Ontraport Certified Consultant; do I get a discount on my ticket?

No, there is no discount for OPLZA tickets this year. All tickets are the one standard price of only $297.


Do you offer press passes for journalists and media to gain access to OPLZA?

Is there an opportunity for comped tickets for students?

We offer opportunities for students to attend OPLZA as volunteers. If you are a student currently enrolled in college, please reach out to to inquire about volunteer opportunities.


Should I come to OPLZA if I don’t use Ontraport to run my business?

OPLZA is a conference created for the Ontraport user community. The sessions will center around strategies and implementation in the platform.  If you’re interested in starting a business or growing your marketing automation software skills, you are encouraged to attend and can sign up for a free trial to work in during the event. 


How should I decide which sessions to attend?

At OPLZA, you can choose from multiple stages throughout the event. Stick with beginner or advanced sessions, choose based on the session topic, or utilize the learning lab. Session descriptions will tell you if they are strategy or in-app training. 


Is food and drink included in my ticket?

Meals are not included in the price of your OPLZA ticket. Complimentary coffee and refreshments will be served between sessions, and beverages will be served at evening events. Each day of the conference includes a break for lunch from 12:30 - 2:00 P.M.

When should I plan to arrive for and depart from the event?

We suggest you plan your travel so that you arrive in Santa Barbara on the afternoon of October 8. Although the first session will begin at 9:00 A.M. on October 9, registration will be open the evening of October 8, and there will be a welcome party for all attendees to kick off the event that night. 
Registration will continue at the event all day on October 9 for those who will be arriving later.

The final session will wrap up at approximately 5:15 P.M. on Friday, October 11.
