What is the refund policy for my ONTRApalooza ticket?

ONTRApalooza tickets are non-refundable; however, they are transferable. This means that you can transfer your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend. You may also transfer your ticket purchase to next year. 


Do you offer ticket discounts for large groups?

If you’d like to bring a large team to ONTRApalooza, please get in touch with us at to discuss group pricing.


Will there be a live stream or video recordings available from ONTRApalooza?

Each year, ONTRApalooza video recordings are added to the ONTRAPORT Education Site after the event. You can purchase the ONTRApalooza Access Pass for only $9.99/month to gain access to past ONTRApalooza talks. If you attend ONTRApalooza 2017, you’ll gain access to all talk recordings from 2017 as soon as they are available. If you do not attend, your ONTRApalooza Access Pass will be updated to include these talks in October, 2018. There will not be a live stream of ONTRApalooza.


Can I get a discount on my hotel room for ONTRApalooza?

There is a room block reserved at the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort exclusively for ONTRApalooza attendees. Use the booking link on this page to reserve your room at a discounted rate, or mention ONTRApalooza when booking your reservation on the phone to receive our special rate.


I’m an ONTRAPORT Certified Consultant; do I get a discount on my ticket?

There is no discount for ONTRApalooza tickets, but stay tuned to find out about exclusive events at ONTRApalooza for Certified Consultants. Check the Consultants Community and Monthly Newsletter for announcements.

Is there an opportunity for discounts or comped tickets for students or entrepreneurs who are just starting out?

We offer opportunities for students to attend ONTRApalooza as volunteers. If you are a student currently enrolled in college, please reach out to to inquire about volunteer opportunities.

If you are an entrepreneur who’s just starting out, we recommend you apply for the MODERN ONTRAPRENEUR awards. Five winners will receive a free ticket to ONTRApalooza 2018 and a free ONTRAPORT account for one year, while one grand prize winner will also win $5000 to invest into their business.


Should I come to ONTRApalooza if I don’t use ONTRAPORT to run my business?
Yes, every ONTRApalooza attendee will leave with the knowledge and tools they need to grow their business faster in the next year. There are several workshops and mainstage talks on the latest marketing strategies relevant to all entrepreneurs as well as many software sessions available for users to learn skills and get even more out of their account.


How should I decide which sessions to attend?

At ONTRApalooza, you can choose from multiple business-building tracks, offered on three different stages throughout the event. Stick with one track to go in-depth in one area of your business for all three days, or pick and choose sessions from each track to customize your learning experience. 


Is food and drink included in my ticket?

Meals are not included in the price of your ONTRApalooza ticket. Complimentary coffee and refreshments will be served between sessions, and beverages and light appetizers will be served at evening events. Each day of the conference includes a break for lunch from 12:30 - 2:00 P.M.

When should I plan to arrive for and depart from the event?

We suggest you plan your travel so that you can arrive in Santa Barbara the afternoon of October 2. Although the first session will begin at 9:00 A.M. on October 3, registration will be open the evening of October 2 and there will be a welcome party for all attendees to kick off the event that night. Registration will continue at a table inside the event all day on October 3 for those who will be arriving later.

The final session will wrap up at approximately 5:15 P.M. on Friday, October 5.


I’ve already purchased my ticket, but I want to upgrade to VIP. Is it too late?

Definitely not! It’s simple to upgrade one or more of the tickets you’ve purchased to VIP; simply visit this order page to select the number of tickets you’d like to upgrade to VIP. If the number of upgrades you purchase is less than the number of tickets you’ve purchased, we’ll get in touch with you to determine which attendees you’d like to upgrade to VIP status.
