ACTIVE FOR GOOD
Over 17 million children under the age of five suffer from severe acute malnutrition, a form of malnutrition that causes 3.5 million deaths annually. Luke Mysse and Troy Hickerson started Active For Good to help solve this problem.

By connecting physical activity with a great cause, Active For Good let’s you “donate” your burned calories to those who need it, in the form of therapeutic food packets. The business has an app that will pull activity data from Apple Health or Google Fit systems and work with Fitbit and Garmin to connect your activities with their app to unlock more challenges. So far, Active For Good has donated over 2.5 million packets and saved over 17,000 lives, all while getting over 350,000 people active.
